Description/Explanation: Minor CUP. T-Mobile is proposing to install a wireless telecommunications facility at this site in response to the Olympic Resort site demolition. T-Mobile currently has an existing site directly west across El Camino Real. However, Olympic Resort no longer exists. The new ownership would like to demolish the existing building along with the T- Mobile facility. The new wireless facility will consist of 4 sectors, 2 antennas per sector with a total of 8 antennas. The antennas will be roof mounted and placed behind the existing parapet wall (painted to match). The antennas will be completely concealed. The three (3) equipment cabinets will be housed within an existing storage unit inside of the building. No equipment will be seen or heard from this location. This site complies with the requirements of Policy 64. No other sites were considered.
