Re: Master Plan No. 132
Gentlemen:
At your Planning Commission's regular meeting of August
29, 1973, the Planning Commission approved E.I.R. No. 188
and Zone Change No. 12£, but denied Master Plan No. 132.
The reason for the>£^oenial was that they did not feel
master plans th-acr deviate from the existing general plan
should be approved at this time.
We are appealing this decision based on staff's recommenda-
tion for approval with the condition of the overall density
not exceeding 7 D.V./net acres. This density is in comp-
liance with your existing general plan and is acceptable
to us.
