SUBJECT: RANCHO CARRILLO EIR
Dear Jim:
Pursuant to our meeting on August 3, I am transmitting a list of
the documentation necessary to provide consistency between the
Environmental Impact Report and the revised General Plan
Amendment. Required additional material is as follows:
1. Revised traffic study, including revised circulation phasing
plan.
2. Revised noise study.
3. Revised General Plan land use map (8 1/2 x 11) and
statistical summary.
4. Revised phasing plan.
5. Revised conceptual grading (graphic showing cut and fill
areas, and areas of natural terrain).
6. Revised hydrology plan.
As outlined in our recent meeting, and in other correspondence
on this matter, the above listed material must be forwarded to
the environmental consultant, in a format acceptable to the
city, no later than August 25, 1981.
