Jor.,o ~.\ MP 177(Zl/LCPA 97-06(A) A VIARA PHASE III NO~~H .: , ·: --,t:) SUGGEST~D MODIFICATI~NS '· . . •.. c:i> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Carlsbad WJIII:jold JLp_ubhc hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, Califonua:at 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, July 21, 1998, to consider amending the Aviara Master Plan and Local Coastal Program to incorporate the Coastal Commission's suggested modifications for the Aviara Phase III North revisions into the Master Plan and LCP, more particularly located on the east side of Ambrosia Lane, between Aviara Parkway and Poinsettia Lane in Local Facilities Management Zone 19. Persons are cordially invited to attend the public hearing and provide the decision makers with any oral or written comments they may have regarding the project. The project will be described and a staff recommendation given, followed by public testimony, questions • and a decision. Copies of the staff report will be available on or after Friday, July 17, 1998. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact Mike Grim, in the Planning Department, at (760) 438-1161, extension 4499. If you challenge the Master Plan and/or Local Coastal Program Amendment in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues raised by you or someone else at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad City Clerk's Office at, or prior to, the public hearing. The time within which you may judicially challenge this Master Plan and/or Local Coastal Program Amendment, if approved, is established by state law and/or city ordinance and is very short.
