P-1 (C) Page 1 of2 Revised 02/13 June 27, 2016 City of Carlsbad 1635 Faraday Ave Carlsbad, CA 92008 RE: Extension Request forMS 05-10 (Eucalyptus Lane) We are applying for an extension of Tentative Parcel Map No. MS 05-10 and all associated approvals. As the new owners of this property in December 2015, we engaged a new engineer to complete the Grading Plans and Final Map. Unfortunately, due to changes in the water quality and treatment requirements, we were required to make small modifications to the Grading Plans and approved Tentative Map. We have made the necessary revisions and staff has reviewed our Substantial Conformance Exhibit. As soon as the Substantial Conformance Tentative Map is approved, we will proceed with submittal of the Grading Plans and Final Map. The requested extension for the Tentative Map will allow us time to get all of the necessary plan approvals and record the Final Parcel Map. Thank you for considering our request.
