I am requesting a date extension for the project# MS 09-07.
This exte11Sion would allo.w me to see.I< professional engineering help to complete the
complimentary gr;ading and storm water management plan required to finalize :subdivision map.

The site has slopes that are less that 2: 1 close to 1: 1 that is not indicated
in the the TM. Also since the 2010 there has been adverse conditions on
the site, lad erosion and slope failures due to natural causes.
I have enclosed the information for your references.
The site is in Hillside grading ordinance area and the current Tentative
map does not address issue of slope failures and possible damages to
surrounding properties. This Map is Adversely affecting my property. I
hold city responsible in case of sope features, and Land slides that may
occur.
There is possibility of all the structures next to this site to get damaged
and destroyed during possible grading operation by this site and the
current side may have some Landslide in it.
This land has many issues and a ll property owners are against it to be
subdivided into two lots.
we want city not to extended This Tentative map and
let it expires on 12-17-2017, as there are many issues
and negative impacts to our properties and our lives.
