limits are often exceeded'. If you vJ-fsh to have your application
,processed concurrently, this agreement 'must be signed by th~
applicant Or his agent. If you choose not to sign th~ statement,
. the City will' not accept your applica'tion for the Tent;.a·ti ve Parcel
Map until all prior nec;:essary entitlements have been processed and'
approved.
The undersigned understands that the process'ingtime ,required 'by
tri,e City may exceed the time limits; therefore, the undersigned
agrees to extend the time limi ts for Ci t~l Engineer action and.
fully concurs with any extensions of time up to one year from
the date the application was accep'ted as complete to properly
review all of the~pplications.
