The Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code sets a
fifty (50) -day tim.e restriction qn Engineering Department pro-
cessing. This time li·m'i t car) only be· extended by the mutu'al
concurrence of the applicant' and the City. By acceptirig appli,..
cations for Tehtative Parbel'Maps concurrently with applicatioris
,for other approvals wh;i.ch are prerequisites to the map; i.e.,. .
