of the above mentioned project. In addition, we have received rough
gradi.ng certification from F/'Z 4 6& the Soils

the Supervising Grading Engineer, dated and are satis-
fi6d that the rough grading has been completed in accordance with City
standards.
Based on these certifi cations and our observation, we take no exception to
the issuance of a building permit for lots ^p& lyg'# phase 0 r-

standpoint. This release, however, is not intended to certify the project
from other engineering concerns including site development,-water or sewer
availability, or final grading.
Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, we need to be advised
