The building site is a sloping lot from olero Street down
into a valley below and beyond the property.
Describe energy conservation. measures incorporated into
the design and/or operation of the project.
The building site will be graded so as to minimize the effect
of the natural flow of wind, water' drainage and shadowing of
adjacent property. The building meets the state requirements
for glass and insulation areas. Openings have been placed
so as to provide natural ventilation throughout the building.
Lush planting is planned for the site to nOt only inhance its
looks but to also provide a climatic buffer.
