that the rough grading has-been completed in accordance with City Standards.
Based on these certifications and our observation, we take no exception to the,
issuance of a building permit for Lots JSJ 7 or Phase - of
project ALE4 from a grading
standpoint. This release, however, is not intended to certify the project from
other engineering concerns including site development, water or sewer avai1a-
bility, or final grading. . . .
We will need to be advised prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy
so that we coil verify, that final grading and landscaping has beet i. coiiip,Ietcd
in accordance with the approved plans for the project.
