We have inspected the grading for Lot 14 r_244-or Phase
of the above mentioned,groject. In addition, we have received rough grading cejtification
from 4 +4 •QJ-(s 7L , the Soils Engineer, dated 311V1.3
and from i- -/.p Li- , the Supervision Grading Engineer,
dated /1//9 , and are satisfied that the rough grading has been completed in
accordance with City Standards. . . . .
Based on these certifications and our observation, we take no exceptionto the issuance
of a building permit for Lot 74.c CT' or Phase __------ of project
f15, '2. g..• '2J from a grading standpoint. This release, however, is
not. intended to. certify the project from other, engineering concerns including site
development, water or sewer availability, or final grading. •.
'We will need to be advised prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy so that we
can verify that final grading and landscaping has been completed in accordance with the
approved plans for the project.
