This letter is intended to be a commitment to the City to install patio furniture in two locations at
2742 through 2748 West Loker Avenue.
The four buildings will remain unoccupied for a few months until our buyers can complete their
interior improvements and it is risky to place furniture on the lunch patios before occupancy.
For the sake of simpler administration, perhaps the furniture could become a requirement for
issuance of occupancy permits on the site.
Regardless of that issue, I assure you that the patio furniture will be installed in the lunch areas.
