Separate plan review required for any building proposed to be used for more than 500 sq.
ft. of combustible materials. (6’ high for high-hazard commodities and 12ft. for other
commodities).
Note: Access doors 6’8” x 3’ are required at 100’lineal foot intervals. Review building
plan if this type of storage is proposed. We understand these are spec. buildings;
however, now is the time to add additional doors to facilitate potential tenants.
