RE: PIP 86-2, CANYON PACIFIC
We have reviewed the site plan for the above project showing proposed revisions to buildings E, F and G to allow for a 30' driveway. These proposed revisions are in substantial conformance with the approved PIP, and are approved with the following conditions:
1. There will be no reduction in the number of parking spaces.
2. Landscaped areas which will be removed for aisle widening
shall be replaced in the new location, as originally nroved*
