The following conclusions were reached: 1. The project’s landscaping is in substantial conformance with the approved 1 andscaping pl an. 2. The oak trees appear to be heal thy and in a preservable state as specified by the landscaping plan. 3. Minor deviations from the approved 1 andscaping plan were reasonably compensated for on site. 4. As agreed, we will meet sometime around early June to confirm the successful growth of the hydroseeded areas throughout the project. Such areas that appear to be below standard will be addressed with further treatment. It may be possible that this inspection can coincide with the check for 90% slope coverage required for the release of Engineering bonds. 5. Mitigated area at the eastern corner of the project is satisfactorily landscaped according to plan. This area and other areas in the project 1 ike the stream channel vegetation are also subject to review by other involved public agencies to ensure their successfullness.
