Dear Mr. Awbry:
Your Planned Industrial Permit application no. PIP 88-9 is still incomplete as submitted. You have 30 days starting on May 1, 1989 to submit the materials necessary to make your application complete. Attached are two lists. The first list is information which must be provided to complete your application. The second 1 ist is issues of concern to staff in regards to your 1 atest revised submittal .

LIST OF ITEMS NEEDED
TO COMPLETE APPLICATION
PLANNING :
1. Submit a new disclosure form that is consistent with the PFF Agreement on file.
2. A Hillside Development Permits is needed as per Section 21.95 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code.
3. Clear indication of area devoted to manufacturing, warehouse and office land use on floor plans. List percentages of each use in the summary tab1 e.
4. Indicate the height of all structures on the elevations.
5. Indicate on plans exterior lighting of structures and parking.
ISSUES OF CONCERN
PLANN I NG :
1. Adequacy of lunch areas as per Section 21.34.070(3). Lunch areas are not permitted in the required setback area. (Show landscaping and improvements on plans) .
2. Placement and orientation of office building in relationship to the topographic and natural landscape features of the site.
3. Encroachment into 2:l slopes with buildings and assessory mechanical
equipment.
4. Use of 2.5’ overhangs for parking spaces.
