The Upper Deck Company is requesting permission to place two rented modular offices
on our premises for a period of between 8 and 12 months for the purpose of accom-
modating office personnel. During this time, we will be moving forward on completing our
plans for building out our undeveloped area in our current facility. These plans will be
completed by our architect and submitted to the City of Carlsbad for your approval.
