Dear Jack:
Planned Industrial Permit 89-8 is enclosed for your review. This project is a tenant improvement and exterior renovation of an existing 154,400 square foot one story tilt up building to a floral warehouse and distribution center and is approximately 12.9 acres in size. The project falls outside the 60 CNEL contour within the Palomar Airport influence area. The project is located on the west side of Avenida Encinas north of Palomar Airport Road and is 10,600 feet west of the Airport.
Your written comments concerning the project's conformance with Palomar Airport's Comprehensive Land Use P1 an, a1 ong with other factors that would assure compatibility with airport operations, are appreciated. It would be helpful if comments could be received by June 20, 1989.
