Ref: Letter of November 16 re: *#issues of concern" and items
not submitted in original application.
Dear Mr. Wayne:
Attached please find all items, including ten (10) copies each of the revised PIP map and Landscape plan as requested in the above referenced letter.
I. LIST OF ITEMS NEEDED TO COMPLETE:
A. Planning
1. Public Facility Agreement signed by owner. Two (2)
copies. One (1) notarized and one (1) reproduced copy. Check in amount of Fifty dollars ($50.00).
B. Engineering
2. 61 3. See revised PIP map.
11. ISSUES OF CONCERN
A. Planning
1. Building setback 15 ft. See Revised PIP map
2. Relocation of security fencing and reduction in
height from 8' to 6'. See Revised Landscape plan.
3. All Vedline" checkprint items have been complied
with and are incorporated in the ten (10) copies each of
the PIP map and the Landscape plan.
4. A letter from Callaway regarding the use of the test
facility and acceptance of liability in the event of an

errant golf ball landing on Palomar Airport Road causes
personal injury or property damage.
B. Engineering
Land Title
1. A PFF signed by the current owner is attached.
Field Conditions

Traffic and Circulation

3. Letter attached from Mr. Mike Smith of the Carlsbad
Fire Department.
Sewer

Construction

2. The Street Improvement Plan has been reviewed by the
Water Department and is ready for submittal to
Engineering along with the required plan check fee of
$1,211. A cost estimate has also been prepared by the
engineer for determining the amount of cash deposit for
the restoration and repair of public facilities.
Callaway will file the Street Improvement Plan as soon as
the application, signed by the owner, is available. It is anticipated that such filing will take place within the next ten (10) days.
