RE: Callaway Golf Test Facility Temporary Stairs

This letter will address your concerns of an encroachment into an existing 200’
wide powerline and 15’ wide tree trimming easement both owned by the San
Diego Gas & Electric. We are proposing the construction of a temporary
stairway connecting two properties either owned or leased by Callaway Golf; this
stairway would encroach into both easements.
When granting a consent agreement to encroach, it is our understanding that
SDG&E will enforce the following stipulations:
0 If at any time the SDG&E should need access to the easement for future
work or repairs, Callaway Golf agrees to remove that portion of stair within
