Description/Explanation. Commercial, Office and Warehouse Building with limited manufacturing or assembly for product distribution. Sixty Percent (60%) of the proposed building project is warehouse area. Seventeen percent (17%) of the building is for Office, which includes a mezzanine area. The remaining area, or twenty four percent (24%), is for light manufacturing, assembly of product goods. All products, methodqndmaterials used in business operations are compatible and are in compliance with the City of Carlsbad’s existing zoning designations, existing General Plan designations and the Carlsbad Airport Centre Specific Plan requirements.
