The items requested from you earlier to make your Planned Industrial Permit, application no. PIP
95-01, complete have been received and reviewed by the Planning Department. It has been determined that the application is now complete for processing. Although the initial processing of
your application may have already begun, the technical acceptance date is acknowledged by the date
of this communication.
Please note that aIthough the application is now considered complete, there may be issues that could
be discovered during project review and/or environmental review. Any issues should be resohred prior to scheduling the project for public hearing. In addition, the City may request, in the course
of processing the application, that you clarify, amplify, mrrect, or otherwise, supplement the basic
information required for the application.

ISSUES OF CONCERN
PLANNING
1. Please note that, although the project is deemed complete as of the date of this letter, the
plans have already been routed to the various reviewing departments and agencies for their comments and conditions. Should issues arise from those comments, staff will notify you.
2. Please indicate on the Landscape Plan the percentages of the site and the parking area which
have been landscaped. The Specific Plan requires that 15% of the site be landscaped. In
addition, at least 10% of the parking area (exclusive of setbacks) must be landscaped, and you must provide 1 tree for each 5 parking spaces.
3. You will be required to comply with current A.D.A (American’s with Disabilities Act)
requirements.
