On behalf of Cornerstone Corporate Centre, John Couvillion, Brian Paul and I would very much
like to thank you and Mr. Wayne for spending the time with us last Friday to review the planning
comments which you have outlined. We are in the process of revising the slopes along Palomar
Airport Road, particularly in light of the discussion regarding undulation and more natural
terrain-type grading. In addition, we should have our biological survey of the open space (Lot 9)
completed later this week whereafter we would hope to get your feedback before reaching a final
conclusion.
