Subject: Project Completion
Dear Mr. Westman,
As we discussed today, we will be requesting final inspections late this week for our project. Mike Black requested
that we review any items that will not be 100% complete at that time with your office prior to his inspection. The
following items will not be complete at Mr. Black’s walk thru:
Volley Ball Court: A11 of the hardscape around the sand court is complete, however the redwood border, sand
fill and net poles will not be complete.
Existing Slope East Of The Buildings: The retainmg wall is complete and the landscaping above the wall will
be completed prior to inspection. The existing slope below the retaining wall will require additional irrigation
and planting at final inspection.
0 Center Courtyard: The courtyard between the two buildings will have all of the hardscape complete, however
there will still be irrigation and planting work to complete in the center courtyard.
0 Swimming Plool: The area around the pool including the fencing and mechanical and electrical systems will be
complete, The only item of work remaining will be the plastering and filing of the pool itself. This will take
place as soon as the fmal inspections have been completed
While these items will not be all finished until the completion of the first tenant space, the access to the buildings
and the functioning of the buildings will not be effected.
