Description/Explanation:
A speculative 46,700 sf. multi-tenant industriaVoffice building on a pre-graded lot
featuring surface parking for 138 automobiles, eight (8) grade level truck doors and
abundant landscaping. The project includes an outdoor dining area for future tenants
and their employees. The building is to be constructed of painted precast “tilt-up”
concrete panels with tinted storefront glazing. The exterior concrete panels are
detailed with horizontal accent reveals and corbelling above the windows. The project
has been designed for future light manufacturing, office, warehousing, research &
development and industrial uses consistent with the zoning and general use plan for
the area.
