Conditions Transmittal - May 19,1998
Dear Mr. Wickham:
We have reviewed the issues outlined in your Conditions Transmittal to Mr. Brian Hunter
relating to PIP 98-02.
We agree to the Conditions outlined, with the exception that paragraphs #18 and #71.3 are
modified per our letter to Mr. Lloyd Hubbs dated 10-2-98.
Mr. Bob Wojcik has indicated that the terms of our letter have been approved. He &her
indicated that the lane factor should be a multiple of 3 rather than 6, as our responsibility relates
only to one-half of the median.
I enclose copies of the Conditions Transmittal and our letter of 10-2-98. You will note that the
reduction fiom a factor of 6 to a factor of 3 changes the total fiom $27,548.59 to $13,774.30.
