The District is responding to the land use review application on the subject project
dated June 29, 1999. All original conditions of PIP 98-02 still apply. We have the
following changes regarding potable water, recycled water and sewer systems:
1. All District pipelines and appurtenances required for this project by the District shall
be within public right-of-way or within 20' wide easements granted to the District or
the City of Carlsbad. The easements should be shown on the site plan and
identified on the tentative map. Easements dedicated to the District for water
line purposes shall be dedicated by separate document.
2. The Developer's Engineer shall prepare and submit a colored recycled water use
area map and submit this map to the Planning Department for processing and
approval by the District.
