Dear Mr. De Cerbo:
Attached please find our revised plans for the above referenced project. These plans address the
following ’issues of concern’ identified in Mr. Michael J. Holzmiller’s letter dated
June 15, 1998:
Planning: A compact parking space along Palomar Oaks Way was increased in size to
accommodate a standard size vehicle for a parking count of 101 standard
spaces at 75.4% and 33 compact spaces at 24.6%.
Engineering: See attached letter from Latitude 33 dated 7.22.98 describing their response
to engineering issues.
This submittal also incorporates the ’redlined’ comments received with Mr. Holzmiller’s letter as
follows:
0 Distance to Building C is referenced on the architectural site plan.
0 Driveways and intersections within 300 feet of the project are referenced on the
0 Existing and proposed property lines are referenced on the architectural site plan.
0 Property description was revised on the architectural site plan.
0 Storm drain information was revised on both architectural and civil site plans.
