RE: FJLE # PIP 9806 COMPLIANCE WITH PALOMAR AIRPORT C.L.U.1’.
Dear Jack:
Planned Industrial Permit 98-06 is enclosed for your review. This project is two
industrial/offices buildings and is approximately 241,300 square feet in size. The project falls
outside the 60 CNEL contour within the Palomar Airport influence area. The project is located
on Loker Avenue East Ad is 7,000 feet East of the Airport.
Your written comments concerning the project’s conformance with Palomar Airport’s
Comprehensive Land Use Plan, along with other factors that would assure compatibility with
airport operations are appreciated. It would be helpful if comments could be received by April
19, 1998.
