The Engineering Department will be recommending approval of the project subject to the applicant's revision of the site plan to reflect the comments listed below and subject to conditions that will be developed after completion of site plan corrections. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Add project site address (6150 Corte del Cedro)to site plan. Calculate and show (see site plan comment) the Average Daily Traffic (ADT) generated by this project. Identify the SDG&E easement per item 9 of the PTR document 80-338477, and the Pacific Telephone easement per item 10 of the PTR document 80-400581. Coordinate the driveway width in the site plan and grading plan. Show top of wall, top of footing and finish surface elevations for the retaining wall at the east side of the property as noted in Section C of the grading plan. Show in grading plan how drainage water flows through planters at the south side of the parking area (see Arch. Site plan). Clarify the existing ditch shown at the east side of the property. Show what it drains into. Note comments in plans. The red-lined check prints are enclosed for the applicant's use in the final design. Please return with resubmittal.
