ARE FOR HELP IN FILING THE .';PPLICA TION
It is always advisable to obtain sir;natures of surrounding property owners to
endorse your application --Property Owners, not renters. The closer their
property is to yours. especial1.y if they are In the same zone, the more help-
ful will be their signatures.
A lot plan and adequate plans I drawn to scale, MUST accompany this appli-
cation. 1£ the ~$2'al description is other than by lot, block and subdivision,
a FULL IVIETEIJ AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION must be attached.
PHOTOGRAPHS of the property involved not over 8 1/2 x 11 inches but of
adequate size to illustrate the condition of the property under discussion. are
always helpful to the Steff and Commission.
When the application is finished, file it and the necessary plans with the City
Planning Department, 2960 Pia Pica DRive. The application must be complete
in every respect, with P.LL questions and answered and plans attached before
·the staff can receive the application.. .
Filing fee must be paid at time of filing. This fee does not assure approval
of the application, and no portion of the money is refundable.
