We are submitting a preliminary design review to see if there is staff support to allow two lob side by
side on Highland Drive in lieu of a panhandle design with a variance on lot width. Our intention is to
split the existing lot into two lots. The existing lot size is 22,045 square feet; split the proposed lots will
exceed the r,~ll1!r;~:.im !ot siLc: of 10,000 ~quJ:-0 feet. The :~;dsting lut \NiJth is 135.97 feet, the proposed
tots wi!l be 57.95 foct wide, 7 .0'1 k0t less thJn the minimum for a required lot size of at least 10,000
feet. The lots are close to compliant, and are compliant for the R-1 zoning for a lot size of 7,500-10,000
