I am the sole owner of the above listed properties.
This is to authorize Peggy Keicher as Owners Representative for Stellar Properties, LLC. Peggy will
represent Stellar Properties interest regarding the demolition of the 3 banks of service bays;
2 at Toyota Carlsbad at 5424, Paseo Del Norte, Carlsbad, California 92008.
1 at Lexus/Toyota Carlsbad at 5434 Paseo Del Norte, Carlsbad, California 92008.
These bays no longer function as service bays and will be demolished and saw cut to the existing slab, the
demolition will not disturb the soil. Peggy will act as Stella r's liaison between the City of Carlsbad and the
demo contractor, to be determined and listed at the time the permit is pulled. Demolition work to be
scheduled within 14 days after obtaining permit.
