Fabricate (1) double face concrete monument sign. Overall size shall not
exceed 72 square feet.(see actual dimensions attached) Concrete base to
be overlayed with 18" x 18" granite tiles. Individual W dimensional letters to be attached as shown. Monument capped with aluminum trim.

Pyrsuant to Section 1.2 of the Carlsbad Ranch CC&R’s and Section 3.5 of the Design
Guidelines, signage requires review and approval by the Design Review Committee. A
site monument sign has been submitted for the subject project. The City has reviewed
and approved the sign as being in substantial con€ormancewith the previously approved
Site Development Plan, which the DRC also previously reviewed and approved.
Drawings are attached for your review and material samples are available for examination
in my office from 8 AM to 5 PM weekdays. Should you have any comments or
concern, please provide them to me in writing by the end of the day-, 2
2ppa. I will provide any concms to the lot owner(s) for response and if necessary call a
full Design Review Committee meeting to handle specific issues,
If I do not hear otherwise, I will assume you APPROW of the subject sign.
