Dear Van,

The new address number for the additional building is undetermined.
Consequently, the Client would like to proceed with the package as presented
with the two addresses only. I have enclosed an additional copy layout for sign
type 1 showing the addition of a third address number. The copy is first
surface applied vinyl, so the change would be minimal.
It appears that a third address number can easily be added to the directional
signs. However, depending on the directional needs for the new building,
additional signs may need to be added and copy layouts will need to be
revised.
The letter height for sign type 1 has been noted in the copy layouts.
The arrow has been changed, and the elevations have been revised to reflect
the change.
The option of a logo has been added.
We have added the use of second surface white vinyl identifymg the tenant’s
name on the glass adjacent to a tenant’s entrance with their suite number
underneath. This addresses the need for identity if the entrances are shared by
multiple tenants.
The requested revision has been made.

The tenant identification sign addressed in this comment has been moved to
your suggested location.
The graphic schedule has been revised to include the tenant identification
signs, but are noted as guidelines only. Because of the inclusion of the
secondary tenant identification, the sign type numbering has changed from
the original submittal.
A note has been included in the graphic schedule that states that these signs
shall be placed outside of a 25’ view triangle to ensure adequate sight distance.
All of the signs shall have their locations sighted and staked, prior to
installation to determine the proper orientation and location.
The third building is not ready for inclusion into this sign program yet. It is
understood that the program will need to be amended at a later date to include
this building.
In addition to the above revisions, the drawings include additional fabrication details,
notes and the inclusion of a secondary address identification. We felt this was
necessary since tenants will be relying more on the building address than on their
actual identification.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information. I would
greatly appreciate your quick response to this resubmittal. Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
