All plans submitted for sign pennitdsign programs shall consist of a minimum of a site plan and si5
elevations containing the following infomation:
1. North arrow and scale.
2. Location of existing buildings or structures, parking areas, and vehicular access points to the
property.
Location of all existing and proposed signs for the property.
Distance to the property line(s) for all proposed freestanding sign(s).
Provide an elevation for all proposed sign(s) which specifies the following:
A. Dimensions and area for all existing and proposed sign(s).
B. Materials the sign(s) will be constructed of.
C. Source of Illumination.
D. Proposed sign copy.

Monument Signage shall be located in the positions shown on the attached plan and elevation.
Signs shall consist of individual letters mounted to monument surfaces.
Maximum letter height shall be 12”. Maximum sign area shall be in accordance with Attachment
“A”.
Individual letters may be in Tenant’s own font.
Letters shall be %” deep aluminum, horizontal brushed face, satin sides with clear anodized
finish, mounted to wall in accordance with details here provided by Landlord.
Signs may be lighted with spotlights located on ground surface in fiont of sign face.
Tenant shall pay for all costs related to the sign, (Material, sales tax, installation, permits,
electrical installlation costs, electrical power and maintenance of the sign.
Approval shall be obtained from the Carlsbad Ranch Design Review Board prior to submitting a
sign permit application to the City of Carlsbad. Evidence of the Carlsbad Ranch Design Review
Board approval shall be included in the sign permit application.
Monument sign is existing. See Sign Permit PS 89-10 (attached).

with Attachments.
Individual letters may be in Tenant’s own font.
Letters shall be 2” (minimum) to 3” deep aluminum, horizontal brushed face, satin sides with
clear anodized finish, mounted to wall in accordance with details here provided by Landlord.
Letters will be non-illuminated. No electrical signage will be allowed.
