Distance to the property line(s) for all proposed freestanding sign(s).
Provide an elevation for all proposed signrs) which specifies the following:

B. Materials the sign($) will be constructed of.
C. Source of Illumination.
D. Proposed sign copy.
APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT THREE (3) SETS OF SIGN/SITE PLANS, A COMPLETED
APPLICATION FORM, AND THE APPLICATION FEE.
The application must be submitted prior to 4:OO p.m. Average processing time: 2 weeks

Dear Ms. Wind-
I have met with the Landlord regarding Signature Funding’s building signage. As
previously stared, the Landlord is allowing Signature Funding to deviate Erom the
building sign criteria by allowing script wn‘ting for “Slgnature”. In addition, rhs
Landlord will allow the sign to be on TWO lines as shown on Option “B” of the plans
submitted by htegratsd Sign Associares, also a deviation from the building sign cntena.
Please note, however, rhar the Landlord is adamant rhar the venical height of any
individual letter of “Signature Funding” not be larger rhan the signage crirer!a
specifications. In addhion, the face, maienal, finish, rnounhg, and overall 1mgh of the
sig must comply with the sign cnrena
