Dear Mr. Bauer:
I am in receipt of your letter of January 23, 2002, enclosing
the attached drawing detailing the proposed signage for Coldwell
Banker (your Design No. 10546-01).
I am the owner of the subject pad and building. The pad and
building are subject to the Operating and Reciprocal Easement
Agreement governing the Poinsettia Village Shopping Center. The
manager of the shopping center is Donahue Schriber. I hereby give
my acceptance to the attached drawings, subject to the following
conditions:
1. That you obtain applicable permit (s) required by the City
of Carlsbad prior to installation.
2. That you obtain prior written acceptance by Donahue
Schriber. Donahue Schriber's manager is Pamela Hartwell, 12925 El
Camino Real, Suite J2-2, San Diego CA 92130; telephone 858.793.5757
Ext. 18.
Please mail me copies of the City permit(s) and Donahue
Schriber's approval prior to installation.
