Submit a copy of City of Carlsbad sign permit to Landlord. Sign company to submit a certificate of insurance per sample certificate - attached. Security Deposit - $500 must be received prior to installation along with completed security deposit receipt - attached. All Sign installers must schedule installation 3-5 davs prior to arriving on site. Installation to be prior to center opening {off site by 9:45 am or after 9:00 pm. Contact: Peggy Lankard 949-224-4122 for scheduling. Sign installer to have a copy of the Landlord approved shop drawings on site for installation. U.L. stickers to be placed at top of stroke on each letter out of immediate view.
