primary Tenant Identification
All Tenants are allowei$irme primary identifiat& sign typically located above the primary store entrance in a specific area within the confines of the tenants storefront. Specific suites with secondary entrance(s) and/or secondary building elevations may incorporate one additional identification sign per
secondary elevation, subject to Landlord‘s approval, however the secondary sign(s) may not exceed the square footage of the primary
storefront sign or one (1) square foot per linear foot of elevation frontage which ever is the smaller. Signs may identify the business name and a minimum generic word description of the service. No product identity or specific service
descriptions may be displayed.
Each Tenant’s total sign allowance is based upon the Tenants primary leased frontage, as measured in a straight line from lease line to lease line for each elevation. ,$emmts ~IE allowed (one) 1 squm fod of sign area per lineal foot of store frontage.
The overall width of any sign &all not exceed 75% of any unintermpted architectural treatment, or leased frontage which ever is smaller.
Maximum allowable square footage for any sign may not excee#&S square feet.
Note: Limited signage (and only with Landlord approval) will be permitted on awnings. However the area of the signs on the awnings will
be included in the calculation of the Tenant’s total sign allowance.

BLADE SIGNS
Each tenant is permitte blade sign per street brit.
The blade sign program requires that each Tenant's graphic identity be transformed into a 3-dimensional double-faced sign. The Landlord encourages the tenant to
propose blade sign designs; which enrich the pedestrian environment with a creative use of color and material combined with a strong store name identification.

Note:
Proposals for blade sign designs will be reviewed at the time of the Tenants overall sign design submission.
It is the responsibility of the tenant to ensure that his fabrication and installation contractor includes adequate support for the blade sign.
The standard attachment bracket onto which the blade sign is attached; will be manufactured by the Landlord's sign contractor.
The blade sign may not be the primary store identification sign and wil&Jaat be included in the calculation for the overall sign area 1 permitted.
Note: Landlord is no t responsible for structural that may be required to support the blade sign.
This must be coordinated with Tenant's Improvement Contractor prior to installation.
