5. Provide an elevation for all proposed sign(s) which specifies the following:
A. Dimensions and area for all existing and proposed sign(s).
B. Materials the sign(s) will be constructed of.
C. Source of Illumination.
D. Proposed sign copy.

it is necessary that you submit your plans to them for approval. If any changes take place to the
plans submitted to CACOA on November 19, 2004, you must re-submit them for review.

Dual tenant buildings shall be allowed either
a wall or ground mounted sign as noted in
Sections 5.5 and 56 that equal one-half the
area permitted for a single tenant building.
Both signs must be of similar design and
construction and a wall and ground sign may
not be mixed.
(iii) Multiple tenant building signage shall be as
noted under Section 5.3.B. (iii).
5.5 General Standards Ground Signs
A. Sign height shall not exceed (4) four feet above
grade in height.
B. All signs shall be minimum of 8" in depth.
C. Total sign area shall not exceed forty square
feet. Such measurement shall include the entire
area of the sign face and border.
D. Logo/logotype may be used together or separately
on the sign. When logo and logotype are used
together or separately neither shall exceed 12
inches (measured capital height).
E. No ground sign shall be located within 100 feet of
another ground sign.
F. Signs are limited to tenant or project identifi-
cation only.
G. Ground signs can be single or doubled face and
will be parallel or perpendicular to the building.
Both sides of the signs if double faced shall be
the same.
H. Combination of logo/logotype area shall not exceed
one third of the total sign area. The area of the
logo/logotype shall be measured by a rectangle
around the outside of the logo/logotype.
I. Ground signs three feet in height or greater shall
observe building setbacks. Signs three feet or
lower in height may be located within a setback
area but no closer than twenty feet to the closest
curb.
