Additional information must supplement this application showing how the proposed signage will not encroach into the public right-of-way or present a traffic hazard. Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Traffic Engineering Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. Additional time will be required for on-site inspection. The sign must be restyled to be consistent with the existing monument signs for the center. The base sign should have a color and texture equal to the other signs and should also incorporate the tan tile sidepieces. A contrasting tan color band should be used to offset the "North Pointe Tech Center" name in the address. Please revise the plans and resubmit to the Planning Department for approval.
