Relationship to Streets: Signs shall be designed and located so as not to interfere with the
unobstructed clear view of the public right-of-way and nearby traffic regulatory signs of any
pedestrian, bicyclist or motor vehicle driver
Sight Distance: No sign or sign structure shall be placed or constructed so that it impairs the sight
distance requirements at any public or private street intersection or driveway.

Dear Susan:
As per your request, the Architectural Review Committee has reviewed the revised
Building Mounted/Monument Signage submitted by Integrated Sign Associates dated
April 27,2006 submitted in response to the Committees' letter dated May 23,2006 and
received by the Committee on May 24,2006 for the above referenced project.
Based on this review, the Committee is prepared at this time to grant Building Mounted/
Monument Signage Architectural Review Committee approval as per the following conditions:
1. Ifotldine Mounted Signage - Signage review baaed on attached Integrated Sign Associates
Sheet 2.
The following proposed Building Mounted Signage is approved.
A. LG. PHILIPS LCD Building Mounted Signage with red circle "LG" logo and
blue "PHILIPS" logo, located above windows facing Loker Avenue,
B. The proposed ajgnage is comprised of a 1 '-6" diameter "LG" logo followed
by 7'-9" long x 9" high "LG. PHILIPS LCD" followed by a V-l 5/8" long x
l'-6" high"PHJLIPS" logo. Overall Signage dimensions 111 -1" longx l'-6"
high.
C. Signage copy shall be non-illuminated, stud mounted, individually spaced
"sintra" letters and logos with colors as indicated on Sheet 2.

2. Monumont Sienage - Signapc review based on attached Integrated Sign Associates Sheet 1.
The following proposed Monument Signage ia approved.
A. The proposed Monument Signa^e is a double sided 6'-0" long x 2'-3"
high non-illuminated sip above a 1' - 3" high address base on an
existing approx 6" high concrete footing. Overall Monument Sign
dimensions 6'-0" long x 4'.0" high.
B. Monument Sign shall be located on existing monument sign concrete base.
C. Monument Sign shall be a non-illuminated aluminum sign cabinet with
acrylic signage copy. Colors shall be as indicated on Sheet 1.
3. No Signage illumination was submitted at this time. Signage illumination shall be
completely concealed from view and shall be approved by the Committee prior to any
illumination installation.
4. No Monument Sign revisions, additional signage or building mounted signage shall be
placed on this site without first submitting to and obtaining Architectural Review Committee
approval,
This submission has been reviewed and approved as to confozmanco with the standards of the
Development Regulations covering this property. Our review was for purposes of checking
conformity to those standards and it was not a review of the technical adequacy of the proposed
improvements. Our approval of any plans or design is not approval from, the standpoint of structural
safety or confbrmance with any building codes or other governmental requirements. The
Architectural Review Committee or the members or designated representatives thereof shall not be
liable to any person for damages or injury which might arise from the negligence or errors or
omissions of the preparer of this submission.
