5. Provide an elevation for all proposed sign(s) which specifies the following:
A. Dimensions and area for all existing and proposed sign(s).
B. Materials the sign(s) will be constructed of.
C. Source of Illumination.
D. Proposed sign copy.
APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT THREE (3) SETS OF SIGN/SITE PLANS, A COMPLETED
APPLICATION FORM, AND THE APPLICATION FEE.
The application must be submitted prior to 4:00 p.m. Average processing time: 2 weeks

Per your request/ I am authorizing you to add the following additional
notational information to the approved planning drawing set:
1) Above each dispenser located on the spanner, the Chevron Logo sign
will be 1.37 square feet.
2) We will be leaving the sign as shown however, it will be externally
illuminated with a ground spot light on each side of the sign.
3) The actual High Rise Chevron Logo sign face only is 6'-0" w x 7'-0"
h or 42.00 square feet.
4) The 2 "Chevron" Wordmark signs on the canopy will be reduced to
16.00 square feet each for a total of 32.00 square feet.
