Install foundation and anchor bolts for columns and bose cover in accordance with Dwg. 28~0320 incorporating elecricol stub up. 2. Erect Column And Cladding Assy. 2840770 on anchor bolls and temporarily secure by tightening anchor bolt nuts. 3. Level and plumb Column And Cladding Assy., fully tighten anchor bolts one grout under base plates as per Sect. 6/0850. 4. Erect Signbox Assy. 2842690 on columns. Con'1ect ports with 8 -Y4 dio. H. S. bolts 2840055, 2840082 and 2840083. Tor que to proof locd as per specifications. 5. Install stainless steel cladding 2842831 on sig.1box ossy. 6. Touch up black point on colunn flcnges, cross member covers ord signbox as necessary using paint furnished w th sign. 7. Install Logo Support Strut 2843833 and Center Escutcheon Cladding 2840818 to underside of signbox .. 8. Install Logo S:gnbox 2843830. Feed wires through nipple. Connect logo signbox to support strut 2844833 with bo!ts, nuts and lockwashers 2840196, 2840198 and 2840086. 9. Extend electrical service U? the column in EIVT conduit to upper junction ')ox and connect to primary circuit leads from logo sigrbox and product signbox. 10. Test all eleclricol circuits for conti1uity and ground. 11. lns:ol; right & left Escutcheon Faces 2842833, 281,2834. Install Center Escutcheon 2842835. 12. Apply Escu:cheon Cladding 2840817. (2-places.l 13. Assemble Close Cover. See Dwg. 2840430 for details and Section 3/0770 on Dwg. 2840770. 14. Caulk top joint betwee~ bose cover and co'umn and clodd:ng ossemb'y. 15. Foundations are designed for a 11oximum soil bearing pressure of 1000 psf . Factor of safety against overturning is 1.5 for 90 psi wind velocity. 4. Concrete foundation depth for Horizontal Slab must conform to local codes. Adjust depth of footing to correct depth and lengthen sill reinforcing as required.
