Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Traffic Engineering Department, which will not aUow signs to be approved! over the counter. In the event the sign will be illuminated, Wells Fargo is responsible to put the building exterior fa?ade back to the original condition. After receiving approval by the Carlsbad Research Association and the review ofthe design, size, specifications, graphics, colors & lighting. Landlord approves the building signage as presented. In addition to the building sign, we received specifications for the monument sign. Wells Fargo Insurance Services will be required use the Landlords sign vendor Integrated Signs for the fabrication and installation ofthe monument sign, in order to keep consistent with the fonts and materials.
