5. Provide an elevation for all proposed sign(s) which specifies the following:
A. Dimensions and area for all existing and proposed sign(s).
B. Materials the sign(s) will be constructed of.
C. Source of Illumination.
D. Proposed sign copy.
APPUCANT MUST SUBMIT THREE (3) SETS OF SIGN/SITE PLANS, A COMPLETED
APPLICATION FORM, AND THE APPLICATION FEE.
The application must be submitted prior to 4:00 p.m. Average processing time: 2 weeks

The Ai chitectural Review Committee (ARC) of the Carlsbad Research Center (CRC) has
reviewed the revised sign plans proposed for Lot 15, located at 5931 Priestly Drive. The ARC
notes the redesign reduces the number of tenant identification from six to four, thereby
significantly reducing the area of lettering on the monument.
The revised plans for a single monument sign with address and tenant identification information
is consistent with tlie CRC Design Guidelines and therefore your plans are considered
APPROVED, Once you obtain a City of Carlsbad sign pennit you are free to install your sign.
