Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Transportation Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. If you are changing your logo we will need a few days to change the drawings. If you want us to pull the city permits, we will need a site plan and landlord approval. Our office fee to pull a permit is $350 and whatever the city permit fee is. And yes the proposal is with your "Dempsey" discount.
