The Proposed Alteration as submit below dated 4-19-18 relative to the scope of work as requested by Hub International for installation by Coastal Signage is approved by Landlord with the following conditions: 1. The Alterations must be installed by Coastal Signage in strict accordance with the approved submittal below. 2. All damage to the existing improvements or Common Area resulting from the installation, operation or use of these Alterations will be corrected to the satisfaction of Landlord at the sole cost of Tenant. 3. The previously submitted plans for a single wall sign proposed a sign which had an overall area of 55.44 square feet, which exceeded the allowable maximum of 50 square feet per the CRC Design Guidelines. The updated plans have reduced the overall sign area to 47.9 square feet, which now makes the sign fully consistent with the CRC Design Guidelines. Therefore these updated plans are considered APPROVED. You may proceed with the construction and installation of your sign once a sign permit is obtained from the City of Carlsbad.
